These Terms of Service govern access to and use of RingPort, an AI receptionist and communication system for local service businesses.
These Terms are a binding agreement between RingPort, an app developed by LeadTechX LLC ("RingPort," "we," "us," or "our"), and the business or individual that accesses or uses the services ("Subscriber," "you," or "your"). If you use RingPort on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legal contract to use RingPort. You may not use the services if doing so would violate applicable law or if we previously suspended or terminated your access.
RingPort provides AI call answering, lead capture, CRM records, call summaries, transcripts, recordings, missed-call follow-up, SMS/iMessage and email messaging, appointment booking on supported plans, review link workflows, call transfers, webhook integrations, outbound lead calling on supported plans, and related website or application features.
Feature availability depends on your selected plan, configuration, usage limits, and any add-ons. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or maintain security and reliability.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, configuring your agent rules, keeping transfer numbers and business information current, and monitoring the activity that occurs under your account.
You are responsible for the services you offer to your callers and customers. RingPort helps answer, organize, route, and follow up on communications, but it does not replace your responsibility to review important requests, respond to customers, and comply with laws that apply to your business.
RingPort uses artificial intelligence and related technologies to answer calls, generate responses, summarize calls, classify requests, and support follow-up workflows. AI outputs may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular caller or situation.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them for important business, legal, medical, financial, emergency, safety, or similarly sensitive decisions. RingPort should not be configured as the only path for urgent or emergency communications.
RingPort may create call recordings, transcripts, summaries, and related metadata so you can review calls, train workflows, maintain CRM records, and improve service quality. Call recording and monitoring laws vary by location.
You are responsible for configuring appropriate call notices, obtaining any legally required consent from callers, and using recordings, transcripts, and summaries in compliance with applicable law. If RingPort provides template notices, you remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use them.
RingPort may help send missed-call replies, appointment summaries, review requests, reminders, lead follow-ups, and other messages. You are responsible for the content of messages sent on your behalf, the links included in those messages, and the consent or opt-out requirements that apply to your communications.
You must not use RingPort to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, unsolicited, or non-compliant messages. Message delivery may depend on carriers, recipient devices, network conditions, supported regions, and third-party messaging providers.
RingPort plans are offered on a subscription basis with plan-specific call minute limits, phone numbers, features, routing capabilities, and usage allowances. Pay-as-you-go add-ons may be available for extra AI call minutes, message credits, phone numbers, outbound calling credits, or temporary campaign capacity.
Fees, billing intervals, taxes, renewals, cancellations, refunds, overages, downgrades, and upgrades are governed by the plan terms shown at signup, any order form or checkout page, and these Terms. Unless stated otherwise at signup, paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may not use RingPort to violate law, infringe rights, mislead callers, impersonate others, send spam, transmit malicious code, interfere with service operation, bypass security controls, scrape or reverse engineer the service, overload systems, or collect sensitive information unless you have a lawful basis and the service is configured for that use.
You may not configure RingPort for emergency dispatch, crisis response, regulated medical triage, legal advice, financial decisions, employment decisions, insurance decisions, or other high-impact use without appropriate professional oversight and written approval from RingPort.
You retain rights to business information, caller information, call content, CRM records, instructions, and other data you submit or make available through RingPort ("Customer Data"). You grant RingPort the rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display Customer Data to provide, secure, support, and improve the services.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. If your use requires a data processing addendum, business associate agreement, subprocessor list, or other data protection terms, contact us before using RingPort for regulated or sensitive data.
RingPort and its software, workflows, designs, logos, text, documentation, models, interfaces, and other materials are owned by RingPort or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you allow RingPort to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
RingPort may connect with third-party services such as telephony providers, messaging providers, payment processors, email services, calendar systems, webhook destinations, CRM tools, review platforms, analytics services, and hosting providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable.
You may stop using RingPort at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, create security or legal risk, misuse messaging or calling features, or use the service in a way that could harm RingPort, callers, subscribers, or third parties.
RingPort is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free AI outputs, perfect call quality, guaranteed lead conversion, guaranteed review outcomes, or that every call, message, transfer, booking, or integration will succeed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RingPort will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption. Any total liability will be limited to the amounts you paid to RingPort for the service in the [NUMBER] months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING STATE/COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue, arbitration, class action waiver, and dispute resolution provisions should be added after legal review.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify subscribers, such as posting an updated version or sending an account notice. Continued use of RingPort after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to legal@ringport.app. Replace this address if RingPort uses a different legal contact.
