This Privacy Policy explains how RingPort collects, uses, shares, and protects information when people visit our website, subscribe to RingPort, or interact with a RingPort AI receptionist.
This Privacy Policy applies to RingPort, an app developed by LeadTechX LLC ("RingPort," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, application, AI receptionist, call answering, lead capture, appointment booking, messaging, CRM, review link, call routing, outbound lead calling, and related communication services.
This Policy does not apply to websites, services, or privacy practices controlled by our subscribers or by third parties that we do not own or control.
Subscribers are businesses or individuals that create a RingPort account or use RingPort for their business communications. Callers are people who call, text, message, book with, or otherwise interact with a subscriber through RingPort. Site visitors are people who visit our website or contact RingPort directly.
For many caller interactions, RingPort processes personal information on behalf of the subscriber. If you are a caller and want to access, correct, delete, or restrict information related to a business you contacted, you may need to contact that business directly.
We collect information directly from subscribers and site visitors, through RingPort service activity, from callers who interact with RingPort, and from third-party services connected to a subscriber account.

We use information to provide and maintain RingPort, answer and route calls, capture leads, create CRM records, generate transcripts and summaries, support appointment booking, send follow-up messages, manage review link workflows, provide support, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, secure the service, debug issues, improve features, and communicate with subscribers.
We may also use deidentified, aggregated, or anonymized information to understand service performance, improve reliability, develop new features, and measure business trends.
RingPort may record calls and generate transcripts, summaries, classifications, and AI-generated responses. Subscribers are responsible for providing call recording notices and obtaining consent when required by law.
RingPort may send SMS, iMessage, email, or other follow-up messages on behalf of subscribers. Subscribers are responsible for message content, lawful consent, opt-out handling, and compliance with messaging rules that apply to their business. Message recipients may be able to opt out by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or another supported opt-out phrase where available.
RingPort may use cookies, pixels, local storage, log files, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, analyze usage, improve performance, detect abuse, and support marketing or attribution. You can control some of these technologies through browser settings or device settings.
If RingPort uses non-essential analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-context tracking, add a cookie notice and preference controls appropriate for the regions where RingPort operates.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide RingPort, maintain account records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support security, and operate backups. Retention periods may vary by information type, subscriber settings, plan, legal requirements, and business needs.
Subscribers may request deletion of account data subject to legal, billing, backup, security, and operational requirements.
Subscribers can update certain account information through their account or by contacting RingPort. Subscribers may receive service announcements, security notices, billing messages, and administrative communications that are necessary to provide the service.
You may opt out of marketing emails by using unsubscribe links where available. Text message recipients may opt out using supported opt-out instructions. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop service, transactional, security, or account-related messages.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
If RingPort processes your information for its own purposes, you may submit a request using the contact information below. If you are a caller contacting a RingPort subscriber, the subscriber may be responsible for responding to your request because RingPort processes that information on the subscriber's behalf.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed without authorization.
RingPort is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. Subscribers should not configure RingPort to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent and legal review.
RingPort is operated from [PRIMARY OPERATING COUNTRY]. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where RingPort or its providers operate. If RingPort expands to additional regions, add the required international transfer disclosures and mechanisms before launch.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify subscribers, such as posting an updated version or sending an account notice. The updated version will be effective when posted unless stated otherwise.
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to privacy@ringport.app. Replace this address if RingPort uses a different privacy contact.
